Our approach combines practical workshop knowledge with structured quality systems, technical consultation and continuous improvement. From early concept and design through manufacturing and final handover, our leadership remains directly involved in the work to ensure each project is practical, accountable and developed around the client’s intended use.

Durham Zumot – Co-Founder & Managing Director
Durham Zumot is Co-Founder and Managing Director of Oz Interior by Design, leading the business with a hands-on philosophy built around responsibility, continuous improvement and practical innovation. He believes strong foundations must come before growth, combining proven manufacturing principles and responsible service with emerging technology, design and new ideas. Durham remains actively involved across the business—from research, consultation and project development through quality systems, compliance, manufacturing and long-term strategic direction. He has played a central role in OIBD’s development of its ISO 9001 quality management system, adoption of Mercedes-Benz VanPartner standards and broader professional operating procedures. His leadership approach is collaborative and deliberately inquisitive: study the problem, consult people with the right expertise, ask questions where knowledge is incomplete, and then work with the team to turn that knowledge into a practical solution. Above all, he believes leadership means being accountable for the standards a company claims to represent and being prepared to lead from the front in achieving them.
Artur Telega – Co-Founder & Director of Operations & Design
Artur Telega is Co-Founder and Director of Operations & Design at Oz Interior by Design, bringing a broad range of practical, technical and manufacturing skills to the business. With strong capability in CAD design and extensive knowledge across all aspects of production, Artur plays a key role in translating concepts into practical, manufacturable solutions. He leads OIBD’s design studio alongside a dedicated team, overseeing the development of projects from initial design and technical planning through to production. His approach places particular emphasis on quality, accuracy and buildability, ensuring that what is developed on screen can be successfully executed on the workshop floor. As a co-founder, Artur also contributes to the operational direction of OIBD, helping maintain the connection between design, manufacturing and the quality standards expected across every project.
