Yes. Oz Interior by Design is a Mercedes-Benz Certified VanPartner. The VanPartner programme brings together specialist body builders and conversion companies that meet Mercedes-Benz requirements relating to quality, technology and after-sales service. Our status supports a disciplined, manufacturer-aware approach to Mercedes-Benz vehicle conversions.

Mercedes-Benz states that VanPartners are regularly audited for quality and compliance, including adherence to the Mercedes-Benz Body and Equipment Mounting Directives. For clients, this means VanPartner status is more than a marketing badge: it supports documented processes, respect for vehicle systems, appropriate technical planning and clear responsibility for the conversion's after-sales service.

No. VanPartner status does not automatically approve every modification or individual conversion, and it does not make Mercedes-Benz responsible for the conversion warranty. Each project must be assessed according to its design, base-vehicle specification and applicable requirements. Where engineering certification or another approval pathway is required, this is identified as part of the project. Oz Interior by Design supports the conversion under the agreed project and warranty terms, while the base vehicle remains subject to the applicable Mercedes-Benz vehicle warranty terms.

Yes. Mercedes-Benz Sprinter and Vito platforms are well suited to many of the specialist conversions we undertake, including mobile businesses, commercial fit-outs, healthcare vehicles, premium transport applications and storage systems. The appropriate platform depends on payload, internal space, operating environment and the vehicle's intended purpose.

ISO 9001 certification relates to the quality management system used to control and continually improve our work. It supports documented processes, traceability, quality checks, non-conformance management and corrective action. It does not mean that every product is individually certified; it demonstrates that our organisation manages quality through a structured and independently assessed system.

Yes. Our vehicle solutions are designed and manufactured at our Sydney facility using Australian manufacturing capability together with carefully selected local and international components. Keeping design and manufacturing closely connected allows us to control fit, finish, integration and future serviceability.

Yes. Although Mercedes-Benz Sprinter and Vito vehicles are a major area of our expertise, we convert suitable commercial vehicles across other brands.Our experience as a Mercedes-Benz VanPartner has strengthened the disciplined approach we apply to every conversion. Customers with other vehicle brands benefit from this experience through CAD-based planning, respect for manufacturer guidelines, payload and axle-load considerations, corrosion protection, electrical integration, serviceability, documented quality control and careful final inspection.Mercedes-Benz VanPartner status does not constitute approval of work performed on other brands. However, the strict manufacturing principles and technical discipline developed through our Mercedes-Benz experience are applied to every suitable commercial vehicle we convert.
